I love watching cooking shows. Because I find a lot of recipes, or interiors, or techniques. It's especially interesting to watch the horses cook, and to memorize the technique. That's how I found some inexpensive and good machines for the kitchen.

I kept watching an issue today and realized that I was very wrong not to write my own prescriptions. So, I learned how to make a pie in 15 minutes, and spend 10 of the baking. Thin dough, a little filling, and you're all set. I use this method when I need to cook quickly.
